and I haven't been entirely impressed. It doesn't take much to impress me, but Coz seems like he could bed me in a heartbeat every time I call him. Actually, when I need a part fast, I call you guys because I get it the next day due to your location in relation to my residence. I'm getting tired of having to sit and wait for half an hour listening to your machine telling me some BS, and most of the time I can't get a real person on the phone anyway. I'm also tired of having to ask you to price match everything, because you're more expensive than every other major vendor we deal with. You do stock quite a bit, and you've helped me out a ton when I need a part in a pinch, so that's to your credit. I know you guys, and I've done business with you for years. These forum members aren't just out to get you guys for nothing. Do you really think they're all in bed with Coz or Greg or something? You've had plenty of chances to make a name for yourselves, as you have a monopoly on this side of the country. But you break it so often that I've seen, it's hard for other members to get over it in order to buy from you. You've done good things for me, but I've felt like I've had a new one ripped several times after leaving your shop as well. It's hit or miss, and I think these other guys have had too many misses to look past it.
